No. Pix payment booklets are already part of the standard package, with the location's Pix key configured and QR codes enabled. You check receipt and record payments. The optional Mercado Pago package provides dynamic Pix and automatic payment recording after confirmation, with the location's connected account and registered key. Provider fees and terms apply.

Yes, even in the standard package. The system calculates late fees and interest according to configured rules and days overdue, sends due-date reminders and overdue notices by email, and flags differences after an underpayment is recorded. Pix codes printed in booklets keep the original amount; any late fees must be checked when recording payment.

With the optional Student Area package, students and guardians, when applicable, can view enrollments and installments. Documents, contracts, grades and announcements appear according to purchased optional packages and access permissions.

Yes. The optional Subjects package organizes topics and workload even without grade-based assessment, such as in theatre and workshops. +Grades includes Subjects and adds assessment for graded and technical programs.

PDF reports cover finance, performance and class identification. Availability follows permissions and enabled features; performance requires Attendance or Grades. The financial report is not accounting or a cash-flow report by receipt date.

Yes, for completed enrollments, according to course data, features and completion conditions. Certificates issued by the system do not replace official authorization, recognition or registration required for regulated programs.
